Course Description: This novice level session conducted in Spanish is designed for teachers who speak Spanish and would like to further develop their academic Spanish. This session will focus on the blue text standards in the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) en Español. These augmented standards outline important aspects of the Spanish language that should be taught in Spanish Language Arts, K-12. Together we will walk through an overview of the key grammar elements of the Spanish language and link them to the augmented standards in the CCSS en Español.
